How do we work

Keep Food Simple is a non-for-profit organisation with a wide network in both the food industry and organisations for research and education.

Our objective is to identify promising ideas, to initiate projects with universities and other knowledge institutes and to support progress.

Keep Food Simple aims to take a fresh look at food manufacturing processes through an ‘out-of-the-box’ approach; this includes the entire supply chain from raw materials to final products.

Projects will be executed under responsibility of universities and other knowledge institutes in partnership with Keep Food Simple.

Keep Food Simple is continuously looking for enthusiastic partners who like to co-operate within our philosophy, participate in projects and support our activities financially.

Our criteria

Keep Food Simple supports initiatives and projects directed to:

  • Developing healthy, nutritious, tasty and authentic food.
  • Maximising the use of the nutritional potential of raw materials.
  • Optimisation of manufacturing processes from raw materials to final products with focus on quality and nutritional value.
  • Supporting the application of results of projects in society
